What we look for
Given the nature of what we do, it’s key that you have a good grasp of technology.
Some of our graduates have studied computer science or numerate subjects that required them to use complex programs. But we also recruit bright and able graduates, from varied degree disciplines, with a genuine interest in technology. If you have a degree in business or management, for example, we’d be very keen to hear from you.
Although technical abilities are clearly valued here, they are not the be-all and end-all. Far from it. Equally important is your ability to listen and communicate. The success of our business depends on our ability to engage with our clients and get under the skin of their organisations. As well as an inquisitive mind, you’ll therefore need to be a strong relationship builder. You’ll need to be flexible, open to sharing ideas and truly collaborative in your approach.
