Embarking on a new career is never easy. You may have relocated to a new city in order to join us. You’ll probably know only a handful of people on your first day. Rest assured, that will soon change. As part of our induction process, you’ll spend the first few days getting to know people within the firm—everyone from fellow new joiners to senior managers. From day one, you’ll have the chance to build a network.

You’ll have ample opportunity to nurture this network during your time here. As well as assignments, you’ll be able to participate in a wide range of business and social events throughout the year. These will be invaluable to your overall career development.

Another major hub of activity is the Logica Sports & Social Club. This is subsidised by Logica and organises a wide range of events. Whether you fancy playing football at the Logica World Cup, which in 2011 was held in The Hague, getting subsidised tickets to a music festival, walking down the red carpet at a film premiere, or sampling fine wine and champagne with our wine society, there will be an event for you.
