Our structure

We have structured our business around five vertical market sectors:

• Commercial and Transport
• Financial Services
• Retail, Energy, Utilities & Telecoms
• Public Sector
• Space and Defence

This industry focus means that our services and solutions are tailored to the specific challenges our customers face in their markets.

At the same time, we also have three horizontal businesses that serve all these market sectors:

• Programme and Technical Services (PTS)
• Outsourcing Services
• Business Consulting

PTS is where we recruit the vast majority of our graduates. We also recruit a small number into Outsourcing Services each year.  Both businesses allow you to gain exposure to a wide variety of markets while developing your technical and professional skills. Our horizontal businesses offer a range of roles and development routes, as well as excellent prospects and the chance to work with all of the vertical sectors on different assignments.
